I can not provide a better review! I would give a 100 star if availble. I purchased a 5 piece bedroom set that was made out of REAL wood-$10,000 original price from the Salvation Army. I have an 2nd floor upper ranch style condo. The original movers refused to move the Amour and dresser to my 2nd floor.and placed the furniture in my foyer. NOT A GOOD THING! To make things more complicated, i was in Alaska while my furniture was delivered. My 84 year old mother was there and the original mover asked my mother to move some of the dresser drawers up and down the staircase. I called Big Guy for Hire from Alaska. John was BEYOND understanding and amzingly understanding. I arrive home the next day and the movers where prompt on time. Now....i can not praise these movers enough! The two guys moved my two pieces of extremly heavy furniture up my curiture staircase with ease. I was AMAZED!!! I tipped them $60- thats how amazed i was. I even called the owner to praise the movers i had. I will 110% call Big Guy For Hire again. I am beyond happy with the service! Thank you Big Guy for Hire for ALL your help!
