Here we post reviews and feedback for our services that we have received directly and through other websites. We accept feedback via voicemail as well.
Thank you for looking!
The communication before my move was quick and helpful. John gave me some tips on how to make my move as easy as possible which really helped out in the long run. My first contact from the team on the day of the move was a hour before their arrival. Herb (I am 99% sure that was his name) let me know they were going to be 45 minutes late. John warned me that might happen so we were prepared. I appreciated the honesty and the multiple phone calls I received letting me know their ETA. If you have ever moved, you know hiring movers is like flying, if you fly early in the day, there is a better chance of being on time, flying later in the day means you will probably be late. I understand and never faulted them once, in fact I cannot experience enough gratitude for their multiple phone calls as it allowed me to run one more errand before they arrived. At arrival, Herb asked for a walk-through of our new place to get a lay-of-the-land. While he was unloading, he consistently asked for directions on where our items should go. When they found a damaged item (from the load), he pointed it out right away. He wanted to make sure we knew of all the damage right away which I respect and appreciate. Look, I could write a novel more on how good they were but I will just end with this, they are good. I would DEFINITELY use their services again.
