One VERY happy customer here! We cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough! Looking for help, I reached out to several of those top rated moving help listings on Yelp. John from Big Guys responded within a few hours and even though I was calling ahead (lesson learned; month end moving, find your help several weeks in advance!) he tucked me into his last available time slot on one of the dates I had selected. John arranged to have a team arrive late in the day, after another large move, to help us get the majority of furniture loaded and unloaded. They arrive late to the appointment due to an overrun on the prior job, which we understood and were fine, they called with updates frequently for arrival. the 2 young gentleman ( I think Lamont and James) were outstanding, working past 1:00 am to get the truck loaded. Due to the late arrival, John the owner personally called us, apologized for the timing, and committed he would be back early the next morning to help us finish the job. John kept his word, arrived on time, and they stayed until the last box was loaded into the truck and the POD. They were professional, likable, and polite, while knowing how to fully maximize the space available in the trucks and PODs. My brother referred BigGuy4Hire to me based on his recent move, and we couldn't be happier with the result, we could NOT have done it without them. They provided accurate quotes, stayed until the job was done, and did all the extra unplanned things we needed in order to meet our very aggressive move out deadline.
