Professional, prompt, and polite! I hired two of John's team to move furniture for my elderly mother's home remodeling. John took the time to come by the house personally, and his crew that arrived the next day (D & D, outstanding) moved all of Mom's treasures including a fragile/enormous wall unit without a hitch.
