This was my first experience using a moving service. After researching several companies, I decided to give Big Guys a call. i am SOOOOOO glad that I did. They were great from the get-go. They called me that morning to let me know they were on their way. They were on time. They faced many odds with my move - It was raining like crazy that morning. The way my apartment was situated, the truck had to be parked far away from the front door. I had a car tow carrier attached so they were unable to put the ramp down. I felt so terrible. But they handled everything for me with professionalism and a great attitude. They continuously worked and never slacked. They wrapped my couch for me to protect it, they tied things up in the truck so nothing would shift, and they packed everything so efficiently I had room to spare for incidentals. We drove from Michigan to North Carolina and not a darn thing shifted in the truck. Thank you Big Guys for the service that you provide and for being so awesome at what you do!!!!! :)Â
