Nothing special,charging counts from the time they call you for directions to your house,took almost 15 mins to just plan a 2 bedroom move. very slow, so obviously cautious.I recommend these guys If you don't mind paying extra than estimated.Not hiring again >RESPONSE FROM BIG GUY: We thank you for your patronage! We told you this before you hired us. The level of service you received would have cost you a lot more if you had hired another company. We included some extras free of charge like rope and plastic wrap (since you didnt take our suggestion and provide this for your out of state move), and we hauled your unwanted stove and box spring so you didnt need to dispose of them yourself. your truck was loaded with all of our expertise. You got what you paid for.<
