We were moving to a new home and they moved all of our heaviest items including washer, dryer, oak desk, matresses, freezer, treadmill, bunk bed, metal garage shelving systems, snowblower, bikes, weight benches, couch, loveseat, two dining room tables, chairs, metal crib for disabled child, several large bedroom storage units, a dozen boxes, and other items. Derek and the two members of his team were extremely professional, polite, and fast. They arrived on time, were careful in wrapping and loading our appliances, and took care to load the truck in a way that kept everything safe. With every item they moved out of our home I could tell that they were being extremely careful to protect both the items and our home. And it does not stop there. When they finished moving items into our children's new rooms, I found that they actually organized the contents of the room, arranged items on shelves, and left the rooms in far better order than the rooms had been in. Amazing! That is the definition of going above and beyond! This is the second time I have used Big Guy (they moved a piano for us previously) and, based on the service that Derek and his team provided today, they would be my first call next time.
