Derrick & Ali did a great job for us - emptied a storage unit for us, met us back at our house, emptied some of the items into our garage, then loaded more items from our house onto the truck. Derrick did an aswesome job packing the truck which made it to Virginia without any damage or shifting. Great attitudes and hard workers. They didn't mind me hovering and addressed any concerns I had regarding the packing of our belongings. I would definately use Big Guy again.
