The team (led by Derrick) was FANTASTIC. They arrived right at 8 am on the dot as scheduled and were ready to work. They took great care in prepping the house (removing the doors from hinges, laying out blankets to catch the dirt, salt, and snow on their boots, etc.. They went right to work and carefully wrapped each piece of furniture with blankets and/or shrink wrap. They were very skilled and didn't have any of the issues with some pieces that we had a hard time getting in the house (oversize sofa, etc). Derrick obviously had been doing this a while. We found out later that he's been in the business for 20 years). The truck was loaded carefully and packed tight so that nothing would shift and cause damage during the move. The unload went smoothly as well. We just had our hardwood floors refinished and we were concerned about movers on them. The team placed felt pads that we had purchased on each and every piece of furniture before they set it on the floor. If they had to set something down to put the pads on, it was set on blankets so as not to damage the floor at all. During both the load and the unload, there was ZERO damage to the houses or the furniture. Not a floor scuff or a wall ding. I am VERY pleased with the service we received from the team. They were all extremely friendly and polite. I hope to not move for a long time, but these are the ONLY guys I will call. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help moving.
