They moved a spinet piano. These guys are not piano movers. They arrived with a standard rental dolly like you would get from UHaul (small, hard wheels). As they rolled the piano along, the piano kept slipping on top of the dolly. I had to watch them like a hawk so that they would not damage the finish on the piano. Luckily, it was a small piano and they did get it moved successfully. I was in a jam to get it moved right away and they did do the job, but I would never hire them again to move a piano. I don't know how they can advertise themselves as piano movers. I am certain that they would do well with regular household moves. >RESPONSE FROM BIG GUY: Thanks for your business.
