My wife and I are finally unpacking after this move and storage for a few months in the 800PackRat facilities, and we just wanted to let you know how happy we are with how things looked inside our pods when we arrived. No shifting, very little rubbing and we have yet to find anything that was broken. We owe most of that to the great job of packing your crew did, and if I could recall the gentleman's name, I would mention it here as he deserves to hear how things look on the other side of his packing work.
