They moved a front load washer/dryer and a LARGE bath tub from first floor to second floor. I had three different companies that were "supposed" to do the work cancel. I can only assume my job was too small. I understand prioritizing large value jobs over small, but don't tell me one thing then cancel the a week later when the work was supposed to happen. BIG GUY for hire Moving Labor Services DID NOT DO THAT! I called, left a message and was encouraged to go to their web site to fill out a "contact us" (I'm sure for them to have my details) - anyway, they completely set expectations that they return calls in the PM so I wasn't expecting a call until then. They called around 10:30 AM and asked if I was available today - I was shocked (in a good way.) They scheduled for 1:00 PM and showed up at 1:00 PM. The guys were polite and professional and had no issues with what I was trying to accomplish.
