Derek and Derek were excellent. They were available early, and called to ask if they could come earlier than planned. They did, and when they arrived, they got straight to work. It took them 2 hours to load my stuff, including some large pieces of furniture, into 2 cubes. They were careful, attentive to wrapping and handling delicate items, and thoughtful about how to best pack the cubes. They treated my items with care, and I would use them again. The only less than perfect interaction occurred on the phone with John, when he doubted my use of ABF Relo Cubes. My sense is that he prefers people using trucks, but that was not an option for me given the constraints of my move. If boxes are well-packed and the containers are well-packed and contents held with ratchet straps and bungees -- as Derek and Derek accomplished -- it shouldn't be any different than moving in a truck. >RESPONSE FROM BIG GUY: I didnt mean to sound negative, Im only trying to warn those using ABF products since I have seen many badly handled ABF shipments and honestly we dont want to be a part of that. Your load may arrive just fine but the unnaturally high percentage that dont keeps me away from ABF. We pack as well as we can but sometimes its still not enough. Use ABF at your own risk please and thank you for your business!<
