Arrived about 15 minutes late. Guys were very professional and completed our moved well. Would give them excellent however only received confirmation when service was ordered. Would have liked a follow up confirmation the day or evening before scheduled appointment. >RESPONSE FROM BIG GUY:Our customers sometimes contact us with confirmations. We have no problem answering confirmations. We have enough work to do without giving everybody multiple emails. We do what we say we will do, and have never done otherwise. You can be sure that we will do our very best to fulfill your appointment on time, but cannot always do so. We are a single crew company and therefore will be late some of the time.
