Contacted Big Guy to move upstairs furniture out of house into garage (getting hardwood floors refinished) and to put contents of basement and other misc furniture into a POD storage unit. Derrick and Ali showed up on time and got right to it. Derrick is a master packer - he loaded the POD swiftly and I was amazed at the amount of things he was able to get into the POD. When they started putting things in the garage, they even swept up before they placed the furniture in it. Called them back and requested the same crew to put furniture back upstairs when floors were finished. Again, they were on time - actually they called first and were able to come about 8:30 instead of our scheduled 9 am start time. They put all of the furniture from the garage back upstairs, and even applied the felt pads I purchased to the legs of all the furniture they put back. Would highly recommend their services.
