Our basement had recently flooded, so we needed to have everything removed and stored in the garage while we repaired the damage. I hired Big Guy to help move everything back into the basement and move a couple more things around within the house. They were super fast to respond and we scheduled a time for the next afternoon. They called to say they were on their way - even when they were on time. Very courteous. Both men were very attentive and did exactly what I wanted them to do. They even kept trying to help me carry little things I was moving (I'm pregnant and they were being very cautious that I didn't try to do too much on my own). They made very quick work of the project and were professional, polite and congenial. I'd absolutely hire them again.
