loaded, moved and unloaded a 3 bed room apartment from Detroit MI to Pasadena CA. The Service provided by John was nothing but excellent during the whole process. It was very easy to communicate with him. He Stopped by our apartment and assessed the size of the Truck needed for the Move. He was very flexible and accommodated my busy schedule.The cost was very clear from the beginning to the end of the move. they showed up on time for the moving day. the service was excellent and professional by all means. it was fast, efficient and the whole place was loaded in less than 3 hours including attaching my car to the back of the truck. he drove all the way from Detroit to Pasadena. He updated me twice during the drive. Everything arrived in excellent condition. movers were ready when he arrived. Everything was handled very well. I have a lot of delicate and fragile items. Not a single item was broken or damaged. I was very pleased with the service that I think if my brother was moving my apartment he would not have cared more. Unfortunately I moved to California for good otherwise i would have used him for any future moving service. The price was excellent compared to the other moving companies that i contacted. The service was much much better than any moving company that I used in the past
