Was exactly as expected and promised. To keep costs to a minimum we used Big Guy and rented a U-haul, and the they did not disappoint. Derek and John (different John) expertly moved us. As long as you pay attention to the pricing guidelines on the internet they will do as they say. No one in our circle had used Big Guy but I took a leap and trusted Yelp. Success.
