John the owner of Big Guy for Hire and his partner that owns Detroit Boxes Mark were great. They provided good communication from start to finish. My Mom is in her 70’s and has health issues. She wanted to relocate to a small town near St Louis to be with her immediate family and friends. Mark did a great job making my Mom as comfortable as possible as he packed up all her personal belongings. He also took the time to label which boxes would go to storage vs. to her new home. Once Mark was done packing, John’s team came in and loaded up my Mom’s belongings, placed her car on a car hauler, and personally drove over 700 miles to her new location to unload things both at a local storage unit and home. My Mom is not easy to please and she was overall happy with the ending results John and Mark provided. Long story short….their good at what they do and I would recommend to friends and family.
