I hired Big Guys to move mostly boxed items from one address to another as well as to a storage location. Having used them before, I knew to expect a smooth process with curteous and professional workers doing the job. Unfortunately for us all, the U-Haul truck I had rented lost its drive shaft on I-696 and we were barely able to coast up the exit ramp and come to a stop half off and half on the median. Despite having to wait for two different tow trucks, the Big Guys graciously moved the boxes off the U-Haul and onto their own truck so no more time would be lost. After that, the moving job was completed in no time -- as originally expected. And even though my mishap caused them to lose time for another job scheduled to commence right after mine completed, I was not even charged for the full time they were stuck working on my formally simple job. Clearly, they understood that accidents happen, and that this situation was not my fault. So, I got a break on the cost of their moving service! Not many businesses would do that today for ANY reason, that's for sure. I will continue to use Big Guys for any future moving jobs and recommend them to others wholeheartedly!
