I needed an 8ft conference table moved from an office building to home. The job required lifting a heavy wood table along with a glass top and bringing it down two flights of stairs to a Uhaul Truck bringing it into a home and then attaching the legs of the table to the table. Overall the process was fairly smooth. I called them up and told them what I needed. And they told me to submit a form and a deposit to on their website. The website forms could be enhanced a bit to hold payment in the same place as the forms. The only hiccup was when they called me the night before asking if the time could be changed because another employee was not available. I told them i could not change the time and he said he will find someone to come with him. After that everything else was very smooth. >RESPONSE FROM BIG GUY: We are confused about your C rating. Everything went as originally planned after you refused to be even slightly flexible. You tipped us well so you must have been satisfied. Please allow us to be human. We aren't perfect. Stuff happens, ya know? We have a great batting average as you can see. We dont operate in a vacuum.<
