Pretty good. They were on time, extremely professional and helpful. I actually rented a truck that was smaller than what I needed, so they went with me to switch the truck out. On the way there and back, they gave me tons of advice on driving the 26" truck with my jeep attached. Got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. I knocked off a star because it turns out they didn't secure the moving blankets to my furniture, so when I got to Boston, a lot of the expensive stuff was damaged. Would probably use them again. >RESPONSE FROM BIG GUY: We thank you for the positive review. We can only use what is supplied to us, and in this case you didnt have any wrap that would have kept the blankets from falling off... we do it this way almost every time and we dont get complaints. We will start requiring plastic wrap so there is no chance of a misunderstanding in the future.<
