We hired them to move a very heavy desk from our living room to our basement. They were great - showed up on time, super friendly, and also really smart in the way that they moved the desk. They had to go around a tricky corner and down some steep narrow stairs - my husband said they did it a way that he hadn't thought of and that was really clever (and we're both engineers). Anyhow, super nice guys. And yeah, I'm sure the 5-star reviews are real... these are nice movers who did a great job.
