I have had BIG GUY pack up two giant U-Hauls for me in Ann Arbor, once in the heat of summer, once in the ice of winter. Both times they were punctual, flexible, friendly, careful, efficient and really, really clever about utilizing truck space. Both jobs were finished quickly and well. It was a real pleasure to work with them both times, and a real load off my mind (and back!) to re-hire them knowing what a great job they would do.‎
