I chose BIG GUY for hire because the customer service was excellent. I got a reply to my email immediately and spoke with John for nearly a half hour about my needs and felt comfortable hiring him from the start. John and his helper Jason were absolutely wonderful and incredibly hard workers! John is a true professional and treated our belongings with care. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of moving help. Thanks John!
