Moving Labor Rates – BIG GUY for hire

1 Guy Furniture Assembly Only	2 Guys Loading, Unloading, Furniture Assembly
$55/Hour	$100/Hour
Heavy Items (pianos, safes, any item 350+ pounds) Starting at $170 spinnet, studio and console style pianos only from ground floor to ground floor

We do not provide international service.
We have a 2 hour minimum reservation policy.
After 2 hours we round up to the nearest 1/2 hour.
A $30 flat travel fee is added to every job.
The travel fee covers the entire crew and is charged once per day.
The travel fee covers the drive from our office to your jobsite and back.
The travel fee increases outside of the service area.
The customer is responsible for equipment rental and provisions.
Local truck driving is done on the clock.
U-Haul ‘Safemove Plus‘ is required if you would like us to drive.
U-Haul ‘Safetow’ with the highest damage covereage option is required if you would like us to tow a vehicle.
Drive time between loading sites, unloading sites, and/or load and unload is on the clock.
The heavy item rate does not include stairwells which are $100 each.

We accept credit card payment at the end of the job only if you have access to our payment page.
We are first come, first served, so please fill out our form and put in your deposit to lock in your appointment!
Deposits are refundable until 2 calendar days before scheduled service (local service only or unless otherwise specified), when they become a credit that is available for a future reservation.
The first schedule change is free. All subsequent changes are $75 each.
We will bring an appliance dolly and standard tools to the job. If you need a special tool we ask that you provide it.
Light disassembly and reassembly are included for your furniture items that are made to be taken apart to be moved.
We will not be responsible for particle board or frail/cheaply constructed furniture items.
We will not un-hook or re-hook gas, water or electrical connections or drill into the wall for any reason.
We are happy to listen to your suggestions, but we reserve the final word. We want to make you glad that you hired us.
We charge a $100 adverse working conditions fee per man per day. This doesnt apply to normal residential jobs.
We will pack up large book collections if you provide supplies. No other box packing services are offered at this time.
